2 Can Punch

Created by the fine folks at 2 Birds 1 Stone, this 2 Can Punch pairs the Fine Brine with an entire can of light beer. Everything else just sweetens the deal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Gordy’s Fine Brine

  • 12 oz Lager (Pacifico, Tecate, Chang)

  • 16 oz Strawberries, quartered

  • 20 oz Lime Juice

  • 2 oz Sugar

  • 0.5 oz Angostura Bitters

Cooking Instructions

  • Add all but the lager & bitters in a blender. Purée until completely even in texture. Pour into pitcher. Add beer & bitters. Stir. Add Ice. Stir. Garnish with strawberry & mint.
