2 large Golden Beets, trimmed, peeled, and diced large

1/2 cup Gordy’s Hot Chili Brine and spices (including chilis + garlic)

Sea Salt and ground White Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl combine beets, Hot Chili Brine, and spices, and toss until Brine and spices are evenly distributed. Fleck with sea salt and white pepper to taste.

Transfer to a baking sheet and roast 35-45 minutes, tossing once during the process. Remove when roasted through and beginning to brown.
