2 tsp. freshly grated Ginger

25 Gordy’s Thai Basil Jalapeños (about 1/3 cup), chopped
2 tbsp. dark Sesame Oil
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

In a medium bowl, mash the ginger, garlic, and sugar into a paste. Stir in the fish sauce, cilantro and basil
Add beef and pork and combine well. Fold in Gordy’s Thai Basil Jalapeños.
For into 4 patties then refrigerate for 20 minutes
Combine oils and lightly brush over burgers and buns. Cook by preferred method, grill or stovetop, until medium rare.
