Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • 5-6 leaves Chard, rinsed well and chopped

  • 1 small Sweet Potato, diced and roasted

  • 10-12 Gordy’s Thai Basil Jalapeños

  • 1 handful Walnuts

  • 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut (optional)

  • + 3 tbsp Lemon Tahini Dressing (we like this one)

Cooking Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients and serve.
