1 small head Red Cabbage
6 tablespoon of Gordy’s Sweet Chips Brine
½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Hot Sauce, we like Snake Oil or Sriracha
¼ teaspoon fresh minced Garlic
¼ teaspoon fresh minced Ginger
¼ teaspoon Coriander Seed
¼ teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seed
¼ teaspoon White Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Celery Seed

Cooking Instructions
Wash and remove outer layers of a small head of cabbage. Cut cabbage in quarters and remove core. Shred each quarter into thin strips, then place in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk together.
Drizzle the liquid mixture over the cabbage and toss together until coated, then cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
