2 medium Sweet Potatoes
1 tbsp. Gordy’s Thai Basil Brine
8-10 Gordy’s Thai Basil Jalapeños
1 tsp. Sea Salt (or to taste)

Pre-heat oven to 425º, then peel and slice sweet potatoes evenly into fries.
In a large bowl or gallon Ziploc, combine sweet potatoes, Thai Basil Brine, and sea salt, and toss well.
Transfer to a baking sheet (or sheets), spreading fries evenly so there’s no overlap or crowding.
Bake 20-25 minutes, then top with Thai Basil Jalapeños. Bake 10-15 minutes longer, until browned and slightly puffed. Sprinkle with additional sea salt and serve immediately.
