The “BFG”

Inspired by Roald Dahl and created by Chantal Tseng. The Big Friendly Giant is a special giant. He is unfortunately smaller than the other giants who eat children and people. He captures dreams and blows them into the houses of children at night so they can have amazing adventures. He helps Sophie, a little girl plot with the Queen of England to capture the murderous giants. The BFG is elated to leave his diet of a long cucumber-like vegetable that tastes awful and feasts on eggs when he is at the palace as a guest of the queen. Our drink starts with a base of some English gin and incorporates the symbolic vegetable with a bit of cucumber & brine. There is also mention of peaches at one point. The egg white should sorta be symbolic of the clouds that giants run over. The cornichon garnish should make anyone who drinks this cocktail feel like a giant.
